Arkham Systems provides mentorship and career coaching services to new graduates, interns, and early-career professionals. Our services include one-on-one consulting calls, resume reviews, mock interviews, and access to curated career resources. Services are provided on an as-is basis.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to:

5. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.
- No-shows (sessions missed without notice) are non-refundable.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Arkham Systems website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Arkham Systems or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not:

8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (resumes, notes, feedback). You agree not to use our services to:

Information shared during mentorship sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, mentors may use anonymized insights from sessions to improve their coaching practices.
13. Recording of Sessions
Some sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and educational purposes. By participating in a session, you consent to recording unless you explicitly opt out before the session begins. Recordings will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful or unlawful.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Arkham Systems is based, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
